UFC Tribute to Kimbo Slice

The big, mean and Strong with no stopping! The UFC pays tribute to former MMA star Kimbo Slice, who passed away on June 6, 2016.

Kevin Ferguson (February 8, 1974 – June 6, 2016), otherwise called Kimbo Slice, was a Bahamian-conceived American blended military craftsman, undefeated boxer and infrequent on-screen character. He got to be noted for common battle road battles which were spread over the Internet, driving Rolling Stone to call him “The King of the Web Brawlers”.

Cut left the underground battling scene and marked an expert contract with EliteXC in 2007. Cut contended in The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights, where he lost in his first battle to arrangement champ Roy Nelson. In his UFC debut, Slice vanquished Houston Alexander in The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights finale. From January 2015 until his demise in June 2016, Slice was under contract with Bellator MMA.
