In a reversal of roles, Dish Networks was unmercifully hammered by Federal Judge who levied the most substantial fine against DISH Networks for their flagrant disregard for the law. Judge found them liable and held them accountable for over 66 million calls to American households with no regard to the do not call list, but then it gets worse. They ignored complaints from customers and allowed calls to continue.
Dish Networks back in the news… this time as the defendant.
